Our kitchen leans on the charcoal grill and the mezze table — lamb over coals, halloumi blistered and drizzled with honey, sea bass with lemon and herb. Everything is built to be shared, lingered over, and washed down with something cold.

As the plates clear, the lounge takes over. Low light, deep seating and a curated flavour list that carries the evening right through to 3AM.
